The Settling ^[2][]

Travellers from The Far East were also quick to recognise the city's bounty and moved families and businesses in to form a vibrant Oriental Quarter of ChinaTown. Members of The ChinaTown Theatre were the first settlers in the district. Having travelled their show far and wide, they soon caught wind of the wonder that was BoomTown, making sure they were in attendance at the annual fair. Once they came and enjoyed the vibrant energy, music and dance, they decided that they just could not possibly leave and so instead stayed put and started the ball of ChinaTown rolling on forward.

ChinaTown, a busy, compact place of many lights, parades and performers seems to evolve daily as more tourists take to the square and wait for that gong to dong and the show to start. However the ethnic enclave of The Oriental Quarter also held sinister secrets. Behind veiled curtains of heavy incense and dancing geishas were exotic pleasures beyond your wildest dreams. This intoxicating medley of indulgence was so addictive that many who entered were never seen again. Ms Kikuya, a major player in the ChinaTown Theatre decided that someone should should step forward to represent for the ChinaTown district and so went to the town hall and approached the Town Mayor requesting that she stood as ChinaTown’s Town Councillor. Seeing her energy and force shine through he know she was the woman for the job.

The Golden Years ^[3][]

Every major capital in the world has a district known as Chinatown and the city of Boomtown is no different. Although grown from an original Chinese settlement it has become a renowned place of commerce where all cultures and small businesses have come to trade their wares.

Chinatown is a bustling market place that pays homage to old and new technologies and is full of various health practices that serve both Western and Eastern mindsets . It is a living mosaic of senses, a heady brew of aromas and flashing signs linger in the air whilst the glow of adverts and billboards paint the streets in colour, battling for attention.

Littered with gaming arcades and interactive digital technology there is an ever present throwback to 16 bit consoles and characters.

Glowing adverts and billboards battle for attention in the saturated, technicolor streets of Chinatown. In its hidden depths, where a million dreams and illusions are waiting, is an unexplored digital wonderland... A hi tech hub of commerce where cultures clash and technologies collide, a mosaic of the senses bathed in new colours to bedazzle and entrance the bustling crowds.

Glowing adverts and glitzy billboards line the technicolor streets of the newly established METROPOLIS… Showcasing some of Bang Hai Technologies (BHT) latest tech innovations and virtual advancements, BHT have built on the foundations of the global tech crossroads that was Chinatown to fast forward into the hyper-digitised future and explore the uncharted realm of cybernetic and genetic enhancement.^[5]
